Exploring Systems Change in Rural Arts

A collaboration initated by NCTS and the Renascence Arts and Sustainability Society, the Rural Arts Inclusion Lab is a project created to address the lack of representation of marginalized voices in arts organizations, audiences and performers in rural British Columbia.  Gathering as many perspectives as possible, we will be modelling a Social Innovation Lab and will be using this website to document our process so that any rural arts organization can follow along. It is our hope that by sharing  our process and information we can have relevance beyond our specific geographic region.
