I'm already a member. How do I renew?
Choose Renew Membership on this page and sign into the NCTS member portal. If you're having trouble accessing your account, please contact NCTS and we'll help.
Can I use my membership at The Shoebox and The Chapel?
Yes. NCTS members receive member ticket pricing at both The Shoebox and The Chapel for eligible NCTS screenings.
What happens to membership pricing on October 1?
The promotional offer is available through September 30, 2026. Beginning October 1, annual membership will be $30.
Why does NCTS care about having members?
NCTS is a member-based charitable society. A strong, active membership shows that the organization has a substantial community behind its programs, venues and future. That is meaningful when we speak with funders, governments and partners about support for NCTS programs and The Civic Theatre capital project.
What does free Reo's Video rental mean?
Regular Reo's Video rentals are included with NCTS membership. New-release rental fees and late fees still apply.
Can two members share the same email address?
No. Veezi uses the email address as the unique identifier for each membership account, so each member needs their own email address.
How do CivicPoints work?
Members earn CivicPoints on eligible purchases when they are signed into their member account or identified at the box office. Your balance is available through your member account.
What if I can't get into my member account?
First, make sure you're using the email address associated with your membership and that your account has been activated. If you're still having trouble, please contact us and we'll help.
