Ticket purchases
Important information
Please check the address of your selected screening carefully. We screen films at multiple locations.
Members: Please sign in before purchasing your tickets to receive your membership discount.
No refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for a different screening of the same film, subject to availability. Please contact us before your scheduled screening if you need an exchange.
All seating and parking is first come, first served. A ticket does not reserve a particular seat or parking space.

Before you purchase
Please check the film, screening date, time and location before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee admission to a different screening or location if you arrive at the wrong venue.
Ticket prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable fees, taxes and the total price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Refunds and exchanges
All ticket purchases are final and no refunds are provided, except as described below or where required by law.
If you cannot attend your chosen screening, you may request an exchange for another screening of the same film, subject to availability. Please contact us at info@civictheatre.ca before your scheduled screening, and include your name, order number and the screening you would like to attend.
An exchange may not be possible if there are no other screenings of the film or if the available screenings are sold out. Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different film.
Cancelled or changed screenings
If NCTS cancels a screening, we will offer a full refund, including the ticket price and any fees and taxes charged as part of the purchase.
If a screening is postponed or significantly changed, we will contact purchasers using the information provided at checkout. We will offer a choice of a full refund or, where available, a ticket to the rescheduled screening.
Seating, parking and arrival
All seating and parking is first come, first served. Please allow enough time to park, check in and find a seat before the screening begins.
Late admission may be delayed or restricted to avoid disrupting the screening or for safety reasons.

Your tickets
Please keep your ticket or purchase confirmation available to show at the venue. A ticket may be used only once.
You may give your ticket to another person unless the event listing or ticket states otherwise. The person using a discounted ticket must meet the eligibility requirements for that ticket type.
At the venue
We want everyone to enjoy a welcoming experience. Please treat other patrons, staff and volunteers with respect and follow venue and safety instructions.
NCTS may refuse admission or ask a person to leave if their conduct threatens safety, is abusive or discriminatory, or seriously disrupts others. A refund may not be provided in these circumstances.
Film ratings, age restrictions and other admission requirements apply where indicated. Photography and recording may be restricted.
Privacy
We use your information to process your purchase and communicate with you about your screening. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. Purchasing a ticket does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.
