The Civic Theatre belongs to this community. Staff, volunteers, donors, businesses and partners have kept films on screen at The Shoebox, opened The Chapel and helped advance redevelopment through an unexpectedly prolonged closure. NCTS regained access to the building in May 2026 and is already operating with a very small team. Operating gifts protect the essential people and work needed to reach reopening.
We urgently need $50,000 in operating donations and $100,000 cumulatively by December 31, 2026. Your gift supports NCTS' operating capacity, programming, fundraising and reopening preparations.
